Phone Chat: On Frustrations
Yesterday I gave a chat to a group (about 32) of Imago Therapists on Frustrations. The context of this conversation is therapists talking with therapists about working with clients. During it I refer to a chart, which you can print here.
Here is that audiofile of that chat. It is about 1 hour long. Frustration.mp3 Right click and Save As.
If you download this file, could you drop me an email letting me know who you are. I would appreciate it. Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Hi Al –
I was so excited to find your extensive website which is FULL of helpful "wisdom". I love the whole turtle analogy…Just wanted to give a big THANK YOU for putting all this out there! It amazes me that you took the time to share all of this knowledge! Most people on the internet just reel you in with a few tidbits then ask for $$ but I couldn't believe that I kept learning more & more & more & was able to print essays out for FREE & share this helpful info with my family in a time of crisis! I've been a student of psychology for many years & your info contains all of the latest & smartest lessons I've ever learned about PLUS your easy going style & loving way of communicating it all is a real pleasure! You've been a been a HUGE help to us!!! I would like to send you a donation (I remember seeing a link on one of your pages so I will go find that now) Thanks again Al & all the best to you!
Thanks for the kind words and review. I did make a decision, years ago, to “follow a different drummer” and not charge people for wisdom (good or bad). This decision has caused lots of fun discussions.
Darn, I think I might have pulled that Donate button off the site as no one was using it. Oops. I found it. Tis at the end of the article on how to use this website next to my loose comment on copyrights. (Anyone can send me money through Paypal at email@example.com.)
Thanks again for cheering my day.
