An excellent, well rounded post. I think there's a lot to be said for subconscious attraction (or instinctive attraction as I call it). I get no end of women contacting me having fallen foul of their attraction instincts and ending up with some mismatched guy they cant seem to 'change'. Rarely does it occur to them that it's the initial selection of their Mr Right that's the problem - if they chose wisely in the first instance there would be little or no reason to warrant changing him.
