July 2007, our back yard.   Circular object to the right is a piston ring from the diesel engine of a freighter.  Yellow hanging thing hopefully catches as  many yellow jackets as possible.  Large white rock is solid quartz, a birthday present to Sandra.  Visitor is to the left, thinking he can eat all the bird seed he wants.  He got away with it.
